Remember to gather as much inspiration as you can to personalize your binder. Then, grab the following materials to get started.

  • 8.5 by 11 three-ring binder — the printables work best in this size.
  • Binder printables
  • Tab stickers
  • Sticker letters
  • Sticky notes
  • Pens
  • Clear pocket sheets
  • Three-hole puncher

How to Put Together Your Binder

Step 1

Find a binder that fits your style. Do you prefer a printed them or a class neutral tan? Consider matching it to your overall wedding theme.

Step 2

Personalize the front of your DIY wedding binder. Add embellishments, sticker letters or even draw something special. These details will make the binder unique to your own style and wedding date.

Step 3

Download and print the wedding binder printables of your choice. Hole punch the printables, then decide how you want to organize and arrange them in your binder.

Step 4

Insert your pages and add tab dividers, if you’d like. These will help you find the category and flip through your book easily. Pocket sleeves are also helpful to stick items, wedding invites, save the dates, dress fabric, fake flowers or other items to refer to as inspiration.

If needed, you can add to or subtract along the way. Sometimes the planning process can be up to a year or longer. There is a section to add additional notes, such as when you’re working with a wedding coordinator.

Whatever theme or organization style you choose, make sure your DIY wedding binder is uniquely you. Add or eliminate sections based on your special day and what you want as a couple. Planning your wedding should be fun, not stressful. Stay organized with these wedding planner printables and choose the design you love the most.
