When did the company debut?
FITKICKS came to life in 2015 to fill a need for flexible fitness footwear that can double as foldable travel shoes. Five years prior, we came out with Sidekicks, a foldable ballet flat. We took the idea a step further with FITKICKS to include a bit of cushion, soles with grip, and a more enclosed upper for protection and ergonomic movement. During the development, we realized FITKICKS are great for water activities as well, which turned out to be an added bonus.
What are they made out of?
The upper material is spandex. The sole is PVC/BK Mesh, and the inner cushion or mid-sole is EVA.
What makes them stand out from other shoes?
Their unique look strikes people right away with our protective toe guard and signature grip strap. The cross between a water shoe, exercise footwear, and a slipper has its own appeal. That combined with bright colors and cool patterns has given them a personality of their own. There is no mistaking FITKICKS footwear. None of your guests will miss these wedding shoes! Also, what people don’t realize is that without arch support, your feet are in a more natural state. This in turn makes your feet stronger and more aligned which can bring everything else into place.
How does sizing work?
In order to accommodate as many sizes as possible, we created span sizing which means one shoe for two sizes. We started with small sizes, women sized 5.5 through 6.5, then medium; 7-8, large; 8.5- 9.5, and lastly XL; 10-11. FITKICKS offers more room for toe splay than most others to give your toes some wiggle room–literally.

Interesting Facts About FITKICKS
- FITKICKS donated 1,500 pairs of shoes to Hurricane Harvey victims through the Soles4Souls organization, and also made a sizable donation to the American Red Cross for their efforts, August 31, 2017.
