The Art of Sauté Cooperative Cooking Experience by The Elkridge Furnace Inn

Join The Elkridge Furnace Inn’s Executive Chef, Daniel Wecker, as he goes over the finer points of sauté.. From sauce to scaloppini you will learn the intricacies of quick yet exquisite food preparation. Limited to only 10 students for a hands on cooking experience with the Chef.
There will be breaks to enjoy the fruits of your labor in a communal dining experience and a glass of Chef-Paired Wine.
