Crossroads Bistro Fusion Cuisine

Nicole and her husband are simply amazing! We booked them for our wedding due to a food allergy need and boy did they deliver! Not only are they amazing, caring people, their food is delicious and our guests were totally impressed. We love the food truck style food and folks could order a personal order to their liking. Wonderful folks to work with!! More than pleased with our wedding reception dinner, sundae bar, and french fry bar! If I could, I would give them manyyyy more stars! We are going to now follow them in local events to continue to have their amazing gluten-free options! Two thumbs up!

I just held an event that Crossroads Food Truck provided the food for. Everyone there raved about the food. The owner was organized and the food made it to the right people and was absolutely fabulous. I have eaten from numerous food trucks around Harford/Baltimore counties and this is by far the best food and, in my opinion, well worth the time we had to wait (less than 10 minutes). People can tend to be hard on food trucks. Crossroads is great and I would certainly have them come out and hold future events!

We visit the Crossroads Bistro food truck whenever it visits Independent Brewery on Main Street in Bel Air, Md. The great thing about this food truck is that they have a huge variety of foods! We haven’t tried everything that they offer, but what we’ve tried, we’ve loved! Their three-cheese grilled cheese sandwich is the Best! Recently had their breaded mushrooms and they smelled & tasted fantastic! Tried their fried apples & bananas for the first time and they’re to Die for. Their fries aren’t Thrashers, but they’d fool most people. Enjoy my Independent Brewery Beers, but Crossroads Bistro makes our experience extra special.

AMAZING! Nicole and Brian are extremely professional while still being friendly and fun! My husband’s 40th birthday would have been mediocre if we didn’t have the delicious food from Crossroads. Our family and friends are STILL talking about the food and the menu variety. Thank you for making Adam’s night so special and for making every dime worth it. Can’t wait to plan another event so you guys can cater.

We needed an escape from cooking during quarantine tonight, so we decided on Crossroads! This was our first time eating from here and will not be the last!!! We ordered a burger, tacos, pretzel bites and the italian egg rolls. Everything was delicious and could not have been more pleased with the service!

I just attended a wedding catered by Crossroads Bistro. The food was incredible! Everything they served was great, but the filet mignon was particularly delicious. The staff was well organized and friendly, I could not recommend them enough. I have known Nicole since high school and even then she would talk about wanting to be a chef, so it was wonderful to see her as well. I am so happy for her and her husband and all of their successes!!

Crossroads Bistro catered my wedding and rehearsal dinner. Everything was fantastic from the food to the service. At the wedding, the buffet line moved quickly and my husband and I were never looking for food it was always waiting for us. Nicole is awesome in assisting with wedding and venue challenges. Prices were good and service was great. Our bridal party raved about our rehearsal food as well. They are so great!!
