Historic Inns of Annapolis is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator for Weddings and Special Events.

Experience:

  • Event Planning , 2 years (Preferred)
  • Catering/Food Service, 2 years (Preferred)

Job Description:

Catering Event Sales Coordinator- Weddings and Special Events, is an integral part of the Catering Department. Work closely with clients to provide expert advice and direction to clients for successful events, including logistics, selling opportunities, and understanding and meeting guest’s visions to ensure profitable operations for HIA. Successfully run/execute events Fulfills the expectations of the company’s purpose, vision, mission ad financial goals through the use of the company’s core values. Participates as an active, contributing, and relevant member of the Catering team. Reports to the Director of Catering.
