This passed Saturday we attended my grand-daughters wedding and I just want to say what a horror reception my son paid for. The staff was rude could not speak English and didn't know what they were doing. It was like you just went out on the street and picked up any body to work that night.
As far as the Hors d'oeuvres, if the staff had offered them to us they may have been delicious, we will never know. They would offer two people at our table the tray and then walk away and go to another table.
As for the dinner, there was absolutely NO portion control or consistency to each plate that was served. The chicken was so dry that our guests were unable to cut it with a knife. The rock fish was not edible and the roasted potatoes were not done in the middle. The desserts that my son paid for were never eaten because none of the guests knew they were out on the table in a little hall way in the back of the room. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND REFUND MY SON!!!!
